Tim is MD at Perspective Financial Management, having first joined the firm in 1998.
Tim has overall responsibility for the strategy, growth and delivery of the firms core business models, Wealth Management and Corporate Solutions. He is a specialist with the new Workplace Pensions legislation, and has completed the Certificate in Pensions Automatic Enrolment with the Pensions Management Institute.
Tim has always worked closely with the management and advisory team and over the past number of years has considerably grown the business organically and crucially through 6 acquisitions.
The Wealth Management side is a key focus and through the development of model portfolios and focused asset migration, private client funds under advice are now in excess of 300m.
Perspective Corporate Solutions provides advice in key legislative areas to over 250 companies ranging from start up, growth phase, all the way through to exit.
Joe Reed FPFS,
Technical Director & Chartered Financial Planner
Joe joined PFM via their Graduate Trainee Programme in 2002 having graduated with a 2:1 BA(hons) degree in Financial Services from the University of Northumbria. Since joining Perspective, Joe has completed the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning with the Chartered Insurance Institute and was awarded the Fellowship of the Personal Finance Society in December 2017. He has also attained his Certificate in Investment Management from the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (formerly SII).
Joe’s primary focus within PFM, is working with private clients to assess and manage their pension and investment requirements. This involves working closely with clients to ensure timely and best advice is provided whenever needed. In recent years, Joe has also spent an increasing amount of time giving mortgage advice. Joe also works closely with professional introducers such as Accountants, Lawyers and Estate Agents.
Graham Evans CertPMI
Compliance & Practice Manager
Graham oversees the day-to-day running of the Perspective office to ensure that our high standards of service are met and adhered to. Graham works closely with all advisers at Perspective Wealth Management to make certain that they have the resources and support required to service our clients in a more than satisfactory manner.
Perspective Wealth Management works hard to ensure that work is undertaken in a manner which complies with their guidelines and regulations of Financial Conduct Authority. Graham oversees the compliance procedure at Perspective Wealth Management and is the primary point of contact in the uncommon event that a client wishes to complain about the service or advice received from a Perspective Wealth Management adviser.
Graham has over 20 years knowledge and experience working with companies to help them with their day to day responsibilities and processes, and to ensure the smooth implementation of any changes and running of their employee benefits.
Graham is a specialist with the new Workplace Pensions legislation, and has completed the Certificate in Pensions Automatic Enrolment with the Pensions Management Institute.
Debby Grinyer DipIP
Debby joined Perspective as a Financial Planner in December 2016 and has been working hard to establish relationships with both existing clients and new clients alike.
Debby has been working in financial services for over 20 years and has experience and expertise advising clients on Retirement planning, Investment planning and Mortgages as well as Protection for individuals and businesses. She is also our Equity Release mortgage specialist.
Debby holds the Diploma in Investment Planning and is currently working towards Chartered status, having completed the Taxation and Trusts (G10) module. She has worked as an adviser within a large national Building Society as well as advising group clients as part of an accountancy firm. This has given her a wealth of knowledge and experience which she is happy to share when she assists her clients towards achieving their financial goals.
Jessica Johnson CeMap
Jessica has 10 years experience in mortgage services and has acquired a number of valuable skills during her time as an adviser. Collectively these make her experience and knowledge invaluable to the company. Jessica has worked within the corporate banking industry, as an estate agency based mortgage broker and as a telephone based mortgage consultant through the good times and the bad!

Jessica Bridle DipPFS
Jessica has worked in financial services for almost 20 years, starting as an administrator, before progressing to a Paraplanner and then to Financial Adviser, working for both Natwest and Santander. Jessica then decided to return to Paraplanning in 2013 where she is able to use her technical knowledge and expertise to ensure the suitability of the advice provided to our clients. Her experience means that she is uniquely placed to understand both our clients and advisers needs.
Jessica has completed the Diploma in Financial Services and is working towards the Advanced Diploma, to attain her Chartered status, having completed the AF1 Personal Tax & Trust Planning and AF4 Investment Planning modules.
